The following payment methods are currently supported on Millbit:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket — minimum deposit ৳300, minimum withdrawal ৳500. Processing time: 2–10 minutes.
• Internet Banking: Dutch-Bangla, BRAC Bank, and other major banks — minimum ৳1,000. Processing time: 2–24 hours.
• Crypto: USDT (TRC20/ERC20) — no minimum limit; transactions are processed after blockchain confirmation.
• Card: Visa and Mastercard (from eligible countries) — minimum ৳500.

No fees on deposits. No fees for mobile banking withdrawals; bank transfers may be subject to the bank's own charges. To add a payment method, go to Account Settings → "Payment Methods".

• 256-bit SSL/TLS Encryption: Every login, payment, and data transfer is fully encrypted.
• Fund Segregation: Member funds are kept completely separate from the company's operational funds.
• KYC Verification: Every account goes through identity verification to ensure no one else can access your account.
• GDPR-Compliant Privacy Policy: Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Can be enabled anytime from Account Settings.

The following rules apply to cancelled or suspended matches on Millbit:

• If cancelled before the game starts: The full stake of all bets will be refunded — with no deductions. Funds are typically returned to your balance within 30 minutes.
• If 50% or fewer of the scheduled overs are completed after the match has started: The bet will be voided and your full stake will be refunded.
• If the result in cricket is determined by the DLS method: The bet remains valid and is settled on that result.
• Rescheduled: If the match takes place within 48 hours at the same venue, the bet stands; otherwise, it is voided.

In football, a match played for less than 90 minutes is generally voided; however, for in-play bets, the score at the time the bet was placed may be taken into consideration. For full rules, Terms & Conditions on the page.

No. Millbit strictly enforces an 18+ age policy. No one under the age of 18 may register, log in, or place bets under any circumstances.

Age Verification Process:

• Date of birth is required at registration — anyone under 18 is automatically rejected during sign-up.
• A national ID or passport must be submitted before your first withdrawal — this is used to verify your age.
• If an account is found to have provided a false date of birth, it will be permanently closed immediately and the balance will be forfeited.

Per Millbit's policy, each individual may open a maximum of One Account one account. If a single person is found to hold two accounts, both will be permanently closed.

For Family Members: Two individuals from the same household (e.g., a married couple or two siblings) may open separate accounts, provided that:

• Each account must have a unique NID/passport, a unique mobile number, and a unique payment method.
• The same payment account (e.g., the same bKash number) cannot be linked to two separate Millbit accounts.
• Registrations from the same IP/device may be temporarily flagged for system review.

If you run into any issues, notifying support in advance will help keep the process smooth.

Millbit regularly hosts tournaments and leaderboard challenges. Participation is generally automatic — just place bets on the designated games or sports and points will be added to your total.

General Rules:

• Each tournament has its own timeframe, eligibility criteria, and prize pool — see the Prizes section for full details.
• Leaderboard rankings are determined by net winnings, total wager amount, or scores on specific games, depending on the event.
• Typically the top 10–50 players receive prizes; 1st place can win up to ৳50,000 in cash.
• Winnings are credited to winners' accounts within 48 hours of the prize announcement.
• Cancelling a bet during a tournament will deduct the points earned from that bet.
